I bought a new Nokia C7 on 28/11/2010 by 9 PM.Yesterday i.e 30/11/2010 it went hang it gor restarted. Today i.e, just after three days the phone got hanged and went off. I tried to make it on and its not. I took it to the retail shop from which i bought the phone. They told take it to CGC nokia care center they cant do any thing. They are not responsible for any thing. The problem and mental depression i am going through is huge. After spending QR1530, i have a dead mobil in my hand. I can take it for warranty repire, i cant trust this phone any more. I need to get it replaced, other wise it will do more damage to me in my job by loosing data.

I am having all sufficent doc. with me. Kindly help me in getting justic.
