I get a call and message from 347 753 8026. The man on the other end could barley speak English correctly or clearly. He proceeds to tell me there is a Law Suit against me and that he needs to speak to my Attorney, what's his name and number. I laughed and called the number back. The person who answered also could not speak very good English said he needed to call me back even though I had not given my last name. I then get a call back from someone else who says that there is a lawsuit against me. When I asked for what he said he would have to transfer me to the paralegal. He did so and someone who again couldn't speak very good English says his name is Berry and that he has all the information for me. He says charges for getting a pay day loan and not paying them back. I asked when I got this so called payday loan he said Feb 2nd of 2011. I told him I never got one and that I had nothing to pay back and started to laugh. He said "Why are you laughing you have charge against you and will stand before judge in 30 days then you will cry.".. I hung up on him and haven't gotten a call back. I came on the internet as soon as I hung up and found this site. How horrible it is that people have actually gotten a hold of our names and are trying to SCAM money out of hard working people by installing fear. I hope someone does something against these people because this is all wrong!
