A large bay window with side windows that crank open installed in my new kitchen area. After a few years crank windows get stuck, , one does not open at all. The main window pain seal is breached at the bottom which now leaks moisture between glass. It look foggy or needs to be cleaned. Complained to local Anderson representative. They told me to report this problem to the contractor who installed the window. Anderson would honor the replacement of the window, but NOT the labor, ( $1, 500.00) WOW. I think Anderson should send someone to reinstall my window at no cost to me. Why should I pay twice for a window that failed. Can anyone assist me with this issue. It's a 3 years issue. Thank You
