I had made a reservation of a vehicle from your company in the city of San Francisco, CA. between the date ( Feb 04-10, 2011)and the reservation no. is 631205. Before my picked up I had cancelled this reservaiton with internet.
However, my credit card was charged with an amount of $ 63.00 for the "Rental Car Damage Protector" and the Policy Identification no. is (128359721) for the above period.
I have surprised by this as I had never rented any vehicle from your company in the period of (Feb 04 -10, 2011),
why this "Rental Car Damage Protector " plan will charge on my account?
Refer to this serious matter, can you prompt me back asap.
