My husband and I are married and we want t olive together. The ICE program for immigration or courts are not willing to allow my husband to live with me.. We have been together 5 1/2 yrs and married 2 1/2 years. We have submitted for him to transfer here to Orange County from Oakland CA. This is affecting my finances.. We have to pay $600 or more in plain tickets and I am broke with my house and finances at stake.. This is my rights being tampered with. We need to put value in family preservation.. We have spent $20, 000 in lawyer bills and fees to the courts on top of it.. and he is unable to work 9-5pm job because he has to get supervised and checked on every monday until 12pm. This means he cannot begin work till 12pm at the earliest.
