I signed up for the Wealth Development because it sounded so legitimate and I have turned down hundreds of others. This too is a total scam. None of the materials actually gets you any work and it is so confusing you cannot follow it, and I am a college graduate. I reported them to my credit union, who shares information with other credit unions on online scams. Don't give them your money. If you can't get a refund from the company, like I couldn't, verify from your bank statement the date you signed up, the full name of the company and register a fraud complaint with your bank or credit union, refer them to this website and your institution should reimburse you.
