I ordered a product that was shown as being in stock in November 2012 as a Christmas present for my son, and tried contacting them once through email and at least three times by the phone until halfway into January 2013. Their customer service is never there even through their office hours, their management staff was never there, and I never received any calls back despite leaving them a number and information. None of their staff apparantly does anything, yet they were able to process my card almost the same day. It's a good thing I got some other things for my son, because this company cannot be trusted. Never buy from these people. If by some chance you have, make sure to get a picture of the page where you can check on your order and tell your card to contest the charge, as well as the restocking fee they'll attempt to charge you with later. Two months in processing means they don't have legal proof they have the item ready for you.
