This woman is the most egotistical snob you could ever imagine. Her retainer is ridiculous and she will tell you anything to squeeze it out of you!

But it was when I overheard her verbally abusing her assistant and other staff that I pulled my case from her and went elsewhere. I later found out through the community grapevine that she's had an incredibly high turnover of staff members for the past several years, and has relocated her office a lot. No wonder.
