I have a rental homeowners insurance policy with ANPAC. When I filed a claim of ove $13000 for malicious vandalism and theft (proven by metro police investigations) they refused my claim saying "the photos don't look like anything more than normal living wear and tear", and I was told that I could not prove that I did not do the damage myself.
