I only read the poor ratings some were giving this company after I made my purchase with this company. I do admit, their practices are a little odd, in that the overall company is X Technologies and they sell via multiple company names on the web. However, I was very pleased with my purchase. I recieved my computer within 5 days of my purchase, it was well packaged, and all components were there. I contacted their customer service multiple times to keep tabs on my order, after having read the poor reviews, and they all seemed pleasant and willing to help. I was pleased with my purchase, and their service, so I'm not really sure what happened with those other people's orders.
