help is their any way i can get my money credited to my bank account.....the customer service person i spoke to said he didn't have a supervisor that he was the supervisor..he used a fake name, it was a filipino accent i'm sure and he said if i
help .any suggestions????

credit card debit
I have had my card debited by this store for products that I do not want. Their email does not accept incoming mail nor do they reply to telephone messages.
I have instructed my card issuer to disallow payment

Unauthorised transaction from my account
I have been taken for a mug. This cream advertised as a free sample is anything but. These people are also Radialabs who are using their website to persuade people to order a free sample of both products.
The site does not make it clear that you are then subscribing .
This means they can help themselves to your money. In this case £96.35 for my FREE sample.
They do not give you time to return it and will not take it back if you have tried it. Surely that is the reason for A Free sample in the first place.
The radialabs product promoted along side of this takes the same libertys with your account I lost £139.85 from them for this. I have not even recieved anything for the money !!! THEFT
I want my money back and no more to be taken from my account .
a FREE SAMPLE SHOULD BE JUST THAT. This is shoddy business practise. Please advise
