I was directed to the site when my computer got a virus. I payed the 50 dollars and downloaded their program. A few weeks later, I started getting virus alerts again. I tried to contact the company by email to get support for this issue, since it was supposed to be a 3 month protection plan. They never responded to any of my emails, and when I tried to contact them by phone, the number is not in service.

They are obviously running some kind of fraud if their service doesn't do what is promised, and it is impossible to reach anyone at their company.
