Hey I purchased and spent $ 110 dollars on Alpha Tracker and Antivirus 2009 Pro. I was cleaning up my computer and my previous Antivirusware had expired. When I purchased it I could not get it to download and when contacting supports they were rude... I have not been able to use the product nor get a refund I purchase the product on 6/2008. I just had some trouble with my computer having to clean it up and was like hey maybe I can get my information on the Antivirus 2009 PRo and try to download it once again since its paid for a year. Does anyone know how to get a refund back???? When I googled Antivirus complaints and issues popped up and I saw that I was not the only person who got ripped off if anyone knows of a lawsuit or anything else pertaining to this subject please let me know my email address is [email protected].
