I bought the software the last of 2008 and it has disappeared from my computer leaving me without a virus protection product installed on my computer.

I will now have to clean my computer up since it is doing strange things and purchase a reliable virus protection program.

I would like a refund of my One Time Charge that was charged to my Visa account.

A very unhappy customer!!
