Purchased software. Could not access software with codes provided. E-mail was returned as undeliverable; phone number is not in service; customer support link did not work; was awaiting info to be sent via e-mail which never did arrive; customer support did not work; can't get a hold of these people who took $83.45 from me. I want my money back.
What is strange is that I kept getting pop-ups from this company telling me I had viruses and had to purchase their product. How did these pop-ups get on my computer which were constant and annoying. I took the bait and purchased before I did research but I was desperate to fix my computer which was innundated with these annoying popups.
I paid for mine with paypal and filed a complaint with them too.
