At anymenorah.com I came across beautiful piece, I wanted to find out what it was made of, so I called website's number 1-877-963-6672 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1-877-963-6672 end_of_the_skype_highlighting. Sleepy voice responded and when I said what I needed the woman told me to e-mail the website [email protected] which I did right away. I know that e-mail replies can take a while and since I was in a hurry I called back to find out how long it may take. Someone named Yehouda picked up and said that e-mails are answered within 24 hours. He took my e-mail address to make sure that he looks for it. After this I have never heard from this site again: "buy" button under the picture of menorah I wanted did not work, I e-mailed numerous times-nobody responded, I could never get anybody on the phone. I COULD NOT BELEIVE THAT THIS IS POSSIBLE on OFFICIAL WEBSITE (not like it was an individual seller). INFURIATING!
