AnyTime Fitness is a front for "month to month" fitness membership. I stopped going in Sep 09, my membership was month to month, at a rate of 56.00 for me and my ex girlfriend. I called and said I would no longer be a member, they said ok, just turn in your keys. I have received over 75 calls from ABC Financial threatening me about an overdue balance of 160.00. I just went to the center I was a member of to turn my keys in. The rude woman, apparently has vestige in the franchise, as she was screaming "so what, im supposed to EAT this"? As a business owner, I was inclined to engage in her battle, what exactly did you "eat"?. You hold no products that I was the purchasee on, it was a blind service that we did not use. Point 2: My business partner owns a chain of MetroPCS stores, which is m2m. If you dont pay, you dont play. So how is it that when I switched CC's, they continued to bill for two more months?? Good question.

They are now going to deal with our legal team.
