I have tried for a couple of days to cancel service, do to the fact that it will not work on my phone line any more. Attempts to cancel via their home page was a hassel and after hours of trying to fill out the information required... once I clicked on "cancel service" they would boot me off the site everytime. The number they have for customer service is for members with access codes only, and a fee applied to use the service as well as for the use of 800 and 888 numbers. I can not afford extra fees to cancel a service that is no longer useful. I sent them an e-mail stating that I wanted to cancel service, and they still took payment out of my account anyway.
