AOL is getting over on people because of their unethical practices:

I signed up for a free 3 month trial but AOL took over my whole system and their e-mail is set up so that you are unable to reply--I didn't use their system for more than a week I had to delete AOL from my system because it kept popping up and interrupting my Yahoo were I wanted to retain my same e-mail address. I seen no number to contact them and they should have seen that I was not using their e-mail or their system since I had to delete it from my system. So they just charged me $25.90 for two months and i was not using their system--They refused to credit my last month bill--They are slick con-artist to say the least!They need to include a telephone number to cancel their service with the initial start up information. Their system is set up to get over on people and they know how to rip people off--How dare THEM!
