I have cancelled my contract with AOL approx 6 months ago as we were moving home.
I have phone, emailed and written to them but they are still
drawing £9.99 per month on my credit card.
I have been given a cancellation no. but it made no difference. The bank say they cannot cancel the charges. Even if I cancel the card and take out another the charge will just be transferred. How the hell do we get rid of AOL!!

I lost money on TWX*AOL withdrawals to a tune of $238 for about a year before I noticed.

Call AOL's fraud number 1-800-307-7968 (I picked option 4), it's a bit easier than navigating their customer service (which just made me want to hit things with chairs). They'll send an affadavit to you. That's where I am in the process.

My AOL account was dropped without notice.I am being billed for pogo but no longer have an account w/AOL. I have lost almost 7 million tokens and am no longer a member. I would like to be vreinstated with Yahoo at the above account along with my token status

I pay by Credit Card. My bill has more than doubled in past two months and I can not reach a person at AOL to discuss it. I used the number on Credit Card bill for AOL and it sends me to bill.aol.com. When I get there, I cannot access my account, nor do I get a phone number to speak to anyone. What a scam they have going.
I am upset and just want to reach a person by phone to discuss why they increased my bill without contacting me or without sending me a notice via mail, that they were billing my account for double the agreed contract. I want someone to contact me since I am unable to contact them.
This is very upsetting to me.

A year ago I spoke with an AOL rep. on the telephone and she got me a new rate of $9.95 per month. For the past three months my bill has went up to $11.99 a month for no reason. I want to no why they can just up the rates and not call you first.
