I noticed a strange charge to my bank account for the amount of 11.95. When I contacted my bank, they told me the name of the company and gave me phone number. I never authorized charges for or signed up for ANY healthcare plan. I was at work and my purse and wallet were locked away in my locker when the transaction took place. I tried to call, but only got an automated service. I had to cancel my debit card and can only hope that I get my money back!
