Charges suddenly appeared on my AMEX credit card. Never requested nor authorized.
$19.95 x several months. Wasn't paying attention to credit card statements. They're also using another phone number 888-877-993-6264, so I'm getting charged 2 sets of the above charges. I want my money back.

I am active duty Air Force. I have been charged anywhere from $1.00 to $13.95 for about 8 months for a service I don't even know what it is! Just like with the other service I am complaining about, I want the charges stopped and the money taken from me back. I am contacting my bank about this.
