I went on line and found this moving company to move my family and I out of an apartment into a house on April 3rd. My appointment was scheduled for 2 p.m. for the movers to arrive. My husband received a call from the company at around 4:20 p.m. stating that they were running a little behind schedule and that they had not forgotten about us. We needed to be out of that apartment at least by 6:00 p.m. or it would cost us additional rent for that apartment. I did not inform the movers of this earlier on because I figured they would make it to us in time and that we would be moved out by 6:00 pm. Unfortunately they did not call us until 10:43 p.m. asking if we still needed to move, mind you this was over 8 hrs later than our scheduled appointment. They cost us additional funds and did not even apologize for not keeping there appointment to move us.
