SeaWest Management Torrance CA is a bad rental company. Not only was I a tenant with complaints but I have spoken to fellow tenants who also have been wronged by this company. They do not return phone calls, they blame the tenants for any damages that are made even though the damages are there when you move in, they have bad plumbing, and maintenance and the office crew are rude and take their sweet time in fixing things ... plumbing can take a week to get fixed! DO NOT rent from these people. Even their own apt managers have said they do not treat their own paying tenants correctly. Make sure to write every complaint down and keep copies !!! (advice directly from 3 different apt mgrs). They will not treat you right.
