I have two digital boxes that stopped working. I tried turning it off for a period of time, unplugging it, but nothing seems to work. Is there a service center where I can have them look at it? I do not have the receipts for these two boxes since they were purchased over a year ago. Steve from customer service was useless. He could not give me information on where to take the boxes for repair.
