I signed up for a three-line T-Mobile Family Plan at Apex Telecom (113 10th St, Oakland, CA, 94607). There was supposed to be a $800 rebate after 27 weeks from Apex (not T-Mobile). After 18 months I still have not received the rebate. After about 7 months I went to the store at least 3 times (about once each month). Each time they said they will look into it. I also sent a letter to them regarding this matter on June 12, 2005. As of today (June 23, 2008) I have not heard from them or receive any communication regarding the rebate.
