This site was supposed to be a means to call overseas by phone. My daughter and I both signed up for 2 separate accounts. I paid $20.00 through my credit hoping to call the Philippines. After about 2 months, the website is gone, their customer service (310-997-0662) does not answer calls. Both my daughter and I have unused amounts.
