I purchased three Panasonic KX-TGA510M handsets recently. When I received the order, one handset was missing the battery cover. I called immediately and the woman told me to call Panasonic directly and get it from them and if they would not give it to me then to call them back again (BUT she told me to call on Mon because they were closing). I thought this was a little odd but did so. Panasonic told me that I had to go through Apple Electronics to get the part. I called on the next Mon. and was told they would send one out. Have not received the part and when I try calling they put me on hold for 25 min. I have also tried emailing them. NOT WHAT I CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
