For the second time in less than 6 weeks upon clicking on BUY to make a music purchase using my iTunes credit account I have not received the music. Instead I am asked to consent to their new purchase agreement and try my download again at which time Apple deducts another $.99 +plus tax from my account. When I contacted them ONLY by email they told me to check my history, which I had already done and told me my account was just being upgraded. I will not be purchasing any more of their gift cards for myself or as gifts to others.
