Do not pruchase from Appliance Connection. I placed an order for a LG dryer DLEX2501W Nov 27, 2010 because they said it was in stock. Delivery expected before Christmas. I received confirmation via their website that my order was placed but never received the email the site said I would receive.

After many calls I finally got an email confirming my order but stating the dryer was backordered but would be in in a few weeks. Had I not made the call to them, they would not have sent me an email. Another month goes by and still no dryer. Now, they cancelled my order - no replacement or substitute options - nothing. Just a *** email saying thanks for shopping with us and we appreciate your business. Cheaper is not always better. I lost out on a great black Friday deal Because I used this company instead of Home Depot. Shame on them.
