I filled in the form on line and heard nothing. After a week or so I sent another on - line letter, still nothing. On receipt of my credit card account today I see the Sum of £11.00 has been taken from my account. Obviously I would like this refunded as I have nothing to show for the £11.00, not even a response to my original contact.
