Placed order for $1949.00 outdoor grill on 6/27/10 using Paypal. Since the amount was large paypal attempted to confirm sale by calling me but my number was in the process to being transferred to my new home so Paypal denied the charge. The situation was rectified by 6/30/10 with Paypal releasing the money. However, now appliancesconnection states the price has changed and is unwilling to sell the item or return my money which they claim they don't have despite Paypal and AMEX saying they do. Staff is very RUDE on phone and unwilling to attempt to resolve this issue. I was told they are not authorized dealers of this product and the price they were selling item for was below cost.
