Leaking water purifier... Aqua Guard Reviva, unit serial no 8003231, costomer code no 1510003294

I bought above mentioned Eureka Forbes water purifier about 3 year ago, After one year it started leaking as unit was under annual service maintanance conract of authorised service centre, contract receipt no.AG 96B 10184796 M/S.Mayuri Enterprises at Ichalkaranji, dist Kolhapur (m.s) I logged a complaint but the local service person could not repair and he told me an expert technical person will come from kolhapur or pune to repair water leakage, after 3 month the unit is repaired by that time the metallic plate at base had been rusted, i asked the engineer came for repaire to replace it, he replied metallic plate is not is not with us .But soon afer one week same leakage is started again.
Since 3 month the unit is leaking during service contract its not repared and aur service contract is expired on 11.10.2009,

Unit was under service contract since 3 years when we bought AQUA REVIVA why it is not repaired when the unit was under service contract its very sad on your part please note ..
Now he is suggesting us to go for new maintanance service contract than only he will attend the unit.
Please look in to the matter and do the needful, an fast action in the matter will be appreciated.
Suggestions ...
please maintane stock of spairs like couplings joints,
and replace m.s sheet at base in the unit with s.s or fibre sheet to avoid water corrosion
