I can't get them to return my calls at all for repairs that need to be done to my pool cover! I've called all over trying to buy the parts I need directly from the manufacturers and they keep referring me back to Aquamatic to purchase the parts and they won't call me back. I am willing to pay for the repairs. Apparently the parts are proprietary to this application so you can't get them anywhere else. It is a $10k cover. Supposedly the cover has a 20 year warranty and it is only 8 years old. It is too expensive to just replace for a $100 part. Ahhhh!
