Sir,

I have N.R.I account with SBI for the past 1½ year. When the time of opening an NRI account, I had request ATM/DEBIT card and Net Banking facility. But, you are not provided the above service, Latter, I had make many request by email:[email protected] and also I handover a above said request letter directly to Asst. Branch Manager during my India visit in the month of May2010, and he gave assurance to provide that above service for my account.

Still, there was no response from your side. I totally disappointed with your service. Why you are not responding me properly? This is my final request. If, you are not providing the above service, I am not willing to continue.
