I canceled this service in July 2002 after reporting that my pager had been lost.

Someone found the pager and apparently reactivated the pager. In Sept. 2002 I received an invoice for $144.63 for reconnect fees and an overage charge for 454 pages.

Again in October I received an invoice for $39.00 for a lost/stolen equipment charge and another overage charge of $241.50 for 966 pages.

I wrote the company several times, talked to a manager named 'Will' who promised to remove the charges. The charges were never removed from my personal credit report even though this account was established in the name of a corporation. The accounts was sent to Acclaim Financial Services with the same lack of business ethics as Arch Wireless.

This company has received several postings from customers who received mistreatment. They should be shut down and locked up.
