i have not received credit card since last 10 days, after getting the card details from icici bank representative. the details of card as follows -
card no. - 4477 4652 5437 8004
card type - visa
expiry date - feb. 2012
name - mahesh s. dalvi
after giving these details i have got a message on my cell from icici that some premium for health insurance is deducted from the card.
kindly look in to this matter and arrange to deliver the card immediately on my residence address.
