Ok, I open the dex phone book and I see 3 coupons that state "full service hand wash" includes 100% handwash, dust wash, vacum interior&ash trays, clean windows inside and out expires 3/31/08. To me full service hand wash means you pull up, they wash your car "by hand", clean the inside and you drive away. No where on the coupon does it mention "automated". When I got to the arizona auto wash location they told me that my 04 nissan could not work in their system. (They would not even check)the attendant told me it would cost me $22.00 To wash my car! "By hand" there was a large banner posted in front on the wash that stated the same. "Full service hand wash $5.99". No were did it state "automated". They had a disclaimer posted 15ft in the air under a over hanging sign stating their different services.

Talk about false advertising or I call it "bate and bump" they get you in and jack up the price! Beware!
