Company does not exchange merchandise reguardless. AMO does offe store credit, refunds or exchanges. A M O has a PRE-PRINTED form mimeographed letter which states the product was used. I returned the shoes in brand-new condition. DO NOT purchase anything from them. They are no good. THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR REFUND POLICY.
