I was searching for a flight on-line and went to Delta's site. They had the cheapest price so performed my search and the price came up as $272. I selected that price and it went to another screen saying that flight is booked and provided me with a price that was almost double from the one I chose. So I decided to do another search giving an option of different days and again the price of $272 came up again for a different day so I chose that one, and again same thing happened. So I called Delta on-line support and they pretty much told me I was seeing things and that they are no prices on there site for that amount. So I contacted the 800 # I provided and spoke to Ms. Melucci and she said she is not that familiar with the on-line site, but did contact on-line support again and they told her I needed to clear my cookies on the computer, which I did and while I was on the phone with her I did the search again. Once again the price was there and did they same thing as before. Ms Melucci said she can not do nothing about that and I would have to take the higher price flights. I then asked for her supervisor and she said that she was the highest that I could go and I would have to write corporate if I wanted to talk to someone higher. I called back to see if I could get someone else and the gentleman I spoke to said that I should contact an outside source to see if it happens to them, so I told him I was upset because of the lack of concern for there web site and customer concerns and expressed that I would file a complaint to BBB. So I went to BBB site and retrieved the Corporate # and call them. I was told by the receptionist that the person was not in the office and that they would have someone call me back. That was 8:30 am on 6-2-2006 it is now 1:15 pm on 6-2-06 still no call back. I explained the same situation so they know what I am complaining about. I checked the Delta's site from another computer prior to this email and the $272 price is still coming up and still doing the same

I would like a couple things to happen. 1. Delta needs to monitor there site to ensure that they are not practicing the Bait and Hook Scam, and two I would like to purchase a ticket for $272 that the site provides. If not less because of the lack of cooperation.
