My problem cincerns the charge on my cradit card. I originally signed up for a software ) Mac OS X version 10.5 which I have yet to receive. Your product was supposed to be a trial. I did not ask for any additional items to be charged to my account other than the original shipping and handeling charges. Please return the full amount your company took from my Visa charge card. My computer have been down for a few days, and is now sending you this message from the public library. I called this morning and my bank informed me that a charge of $69.00 and some change had been charged to my card by your company. I will call your office again on Monday to cancel any further orders or transactions. Please cancel and give me any return number that is necessary.
