Arsenal Van Line moved me June 2010. I am writing this complaint a year later because I still have nightmares about the abuse Arenal Van Lines put me through. This was the worst moving company I have ever used. This company lied about its ability, and will cheat you out of your money. The company gave one price on the phone and by the time they had packed the truck with your things the price had inflated. The 3 guys they sent to move me were lazy, and were caught watching girls at my pool while I was waiting for them to move my things. This moving line was so intimidating that I had to call the police, because they were holding my things hostage until I paid them their inflated cost in cash. I have not moved alot, but I felt like I needed to write this complaint about this company. My suggestion is to do your research: check websites, and ask around before you settle on a company like Aresenal Van Lines, Inc.
