Art Adams gives you a low house call of $59.00, untill after the visit you get charged additional $35.00 for diagnosis. They should tell you it is $94.00 (this is misleading to the consumer). I agreed to the $59.00, but I was charged additional $35.00 for an estimate for a repair of a washing machine of $240.00 ( a new one is $290.00), additional $35.00 to tell me that they could'nt find the model number for my cooktop, additional $35.00 to tell me that my oven is too old (only 10 years old)and can not find patrs for it, additional $35.00 to tell there is nothing wrong with my leaky dishwasher. I was cheated by Atr Adams $199.00 for nothing. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ART ADAMS ALIANCE REPAIR. I will file a formal compliant with BBB and State attorney general for these shady practices.
