My son has been sent a notice that he has a balance due after 10 years when this school took my parent loan when he dropped out of the school the first week of the semester. The school refuses to send his transcripts to the new school until this amount is paid which is $750. I had paid over $6000. in full and they should be paying me back for the balance of the money that my son did not use which is illegal. I have been in touch with different agencies trying to resolve this as the school does not want to budge this is a rip off.
