I have been dealing with this company for a number of months and they are the most unethical people I have had the misfortune to meet. If anyone is looking for a good property management company then DONT use this one. The rude and arrogant staff have no knowledge of good work practices nor do they abide by the Local, State and Federal legislation. They illegally provide personal information to third parties, illegally allow third parties to access personal files and information, enter properties without written permission or agreements - the list is endless. I wouldnt trust these people to manage anything let alone a highly prized asset or investment property.
