I ordered a snuggie for a Christmas gift on 12/5/09 I was advised 4-6 weeks delivery. Today is 1/21/10 and I have not heard anything and there is no way to contact anyone. A secondary email is given to check rder status www.customerstatus.com and this tells you nothing except that I placed the order.
