I have given this LG make microwave for repairs on 25th April 2009. This has neither been repaired nor returned back in three months!!!. The company has already expressed their inability for repairs one month back.

We do not have any receipt as we got the address of this agency through Just Dial. She sent her technician and taken away Microwave from my home on the same day.

There is a close follow up with her for last two months but no effect of my polite follow up. As per last weeks message she was mentioning that she has misplaced some parts and found them and would return Microwave immediately. But yet not returned!! I doubt now that my Microwave is not in good condition with them- either they have sold the parts or put it in very bad shape.

I need to get my Microwave back or the cost of new Microwave. At last, I have already told her that there is no other option but to lodge a complaint in consumer court.

This is mere wastage of my valuable time in follow up, wastage of money on phone and loss of Microwave facility at home.
