Bought 52" Mitsubishi TV 01/10; need service from 5-yr warranty I purchased with TV. WARRANRY SERVICE IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND --- VERY DISSATISFIED WITH LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. New manager of two days said she'll find out! Doubt it since no-one could tell us delivery date of high dollar products purchased. Cousin purchased $1200 furniture - pre-paid; NOTHING - no money returned, no furniture - not even a promise to do anything!!! HOW DOES ASHLEY FURNITURE OFFICIALS SLEEP AT NIGHT BEING SO DISHONEST WITH HARD WORKING RETIRED PEOPLE!!!
