i spent 7000 dollars there last year on an entire bed set. they promised me they could deliver it on a specific date. they were more than a week late. i got past that head ache and found out that my electric base bed does not clear my frame correctly so it rubs through the finish every time i used it. i decided to not use the electric base any more. i called them 2 weeks before warranty was over and they sent a repair man out to look at it. he said theres nothing he can do since this frame and electric bed are not compatible.corporate ashley called me and said i was out on the time. i corrected them and they agreed we werent out on the time so they changed their story . the new story declined warranty because i didn't tell them about it the first time it rubbed.their sales person told me this bed and frame would work together. i explaned this and they said it didnt matter. long story short.... ashley furniture is a bunch of idiots who dont have any knowledge of their products and just want to make a sale and when it doesnt work they dont care. dont do business with them.
