My consumer number is 25706. I booked a gas on 3rd february from Ashoka stores, CR Park, New Delhi on the 3rd feb. However the gas is not yet delivered. Their land lines never work. I have already made two visits. Please help . BPCL web site for registering complaints is not working. Customer care line no one picks up . What is one supposed to do? Any help in this regard will be appreciated.
